Tuft Bond:-
Several of the Brockway Carpets feature this process, whereby the incorporation into the fibre blend of a low melt fibre helps to lock the twist into the yarn and thus results in a finished product with improved appearance retention characteristics.

2 Fold Yarn:-
This is the process of spinning two filaments of yarn together to produce a two fold / ply yarn is recognised as producing a carpet with superb appearance retention and overall wearability properties.
